What is the return policy?
I don't mind taking returns/exchanges on physical, unopened, unused kits and supplies, but please contact me within 30 days of receiving your item. Patterns on their own (physical or digital) are not eligible.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Digital patterns, and physical patterns outside of a kit, are not returnable.
When will I get my order?
I assemble every kit by hand, and print my patterns in-house. If you're ordering an in-stock item, it will be shipped within 3 business days (usually the next day)! Please allow extra time for large orders, preorders, and wholesale/bulk - up to 14 business days, although I will do my best to get them sent out as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email with further information, including tracking info. Delivery times (after your package has been given to USPS/UPS/etc.) vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
I assemble all kits by hand, and print the patterns in-house. Supplies (hoops, needleminders, and the like) are sourced from various sellers on Faire; please see in the specific listing where each item is from, if not the US. The kits are made from DMC embroidery floss from France, Zweigart (from Germany) or DMC's cotton Aida, and needles from John James in England. Plastic canvas is generally made in China - if you know of a US-based manufacturer, please let me know!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight and size of the items in your order. There will be a higher cost on international orders - the shipping carriers charge a lot.
