- three extra large quilting safety pins, to help align edges during assembly

- a nice physical copy of the pattern & instructions on cardstock, plus a digital download version if that's your preference

- grid highlights and numbers every 5th and 10th stitch

- centering triangles on each charted page

- "cut here" lines, to help ensure your triangles are consistent
